- Vouchers and e-goods are equivalent for redemption purposes. Any purchases made from outside the UK are at the sole discretion of the Partner/Vendor and may be invalidated without a refund.
Our Status
Products sold on this site, including vouchers, are provided by third-party suppliers. We are authorised to sell goods on their behalf, collect payments, and deliver the Products.
When purchasing a voucher or physical goods, the transaction is with us; however, the quality and fitness for purpose of redeemed goods/services is the Supplier's responsibility.
We are not liable for the fitness for purpose or quality of goods/services redeemed through vouchers. For assistance, please contact the relevant vendor. We may, if you are unsuccessful in obtaining satisfaction with the relevant vendor, use our discretion to issue a refund; however, proof of prior complaint and attempted resolution will be required.
Registration and Passwords
To purchase items, you may need to register an account and provide accurate personal details (e.g., name, email, billing, and delivery addresses). We also recommend maintaining the confidentiality of your Account Information. This means not disclosing account login details or other private information contained on it. If you believe your account has been used in an unauthorised manner, please contact us at nerds@genesysworldwide.co.uk citing your account email address and your concerns. Our team will be happy to investigate the matter for you.
We may terminate your account if:
- We detect activities deemed to be cyber security threats or attempted hacking.
- Purchases are found to be fraudulent or unauthorised.
- Partners raise concerns about suspicious, abusive, or criminal behaviour.
- We are contacted by law enforcement in connection with a criminal investigation.
Cancellation and Refunds
In accordance with UK Consumer Rights legislation, you have the right to cancel your order for digital content within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, if you download or stream the digital content within this period, you will lose your right to cancel.
Refunds are limited to specific circumstances such as technical issues or errors on our part. For possible refunds, please contact: sales@grabagreatdeal.co.uk. Refunds should first be sought from the vendor/partner.
Fraudulent Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or credit any order that appears fraudulent. If fraud is detected, we reserve the right to pass collected information to the police.
Indemnity
All parties agree to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in case of grievances. You agree to indemnify us against any loss or damage resulting from breaches of these Terms.
